When the item charge file is received from Vendor, user can process the post invoice process.


1, Shipment for the sales order is processed

2. Import excel file with charge information by Import Charge function (please refer to Import charge from excel)

3. After the excel file imported for the item charge, the item charge line to be added by system

Example:

Import file

Sales Order


4. Fill up Qty. to invoice for the item lines


5. Post invoice

Select action Posting => Post ...

Then select invoice and then click OK to post

NOTE: if both shipment for the order and the invoice for the order post together, user can select the option for Ship and Invoice


6. Posted

After post successfully, the Quantity Invoiced to be populated by system
