The transfer is the allocation of the warehouse location, which can be handled in the following situations

1) Transfer stock item to the same location
2) Make a space for preparing more item
3) Transfer part of the bad product to a specific location for later reimbursement

When transferring items, the system will open a 「stock transfer 」to record relevant data

Receiving can have the following procedures to facilitate the operation of different warehouses
A) Via web browser: prepare the 「stock transfer 」on the web browser, enter the warehouse, item and Qty, and confirm the transfer when the actual transfer is made
B) Full handheld scanner operation: create a new order in the handheld scanner, directly scan the order and confirm

The following article explains the operation method of process A



Step

Create the stock transfer note

1) Choose the menu「stock transfer」，click「Create」open a new Transfer note



2) 輸入「由貨倉」、「至貨倉」, 代表貨物將會由那一個貨倉位置, 轉至那一個貨倉位置


3) 按「保存」來儲存轉貨單


確定轉貨

4) 在選單選擇「轉貨單」，點按要確定轉貨的轉貨單


5) 點按「轉貨」進入確定轉貨畫面



6) 在「將轉貨量」填寫確定轉貨量, 若果相關產品有貨品追蹤要求, 請填寫批號/序號 及相對數量



7) 完成後, 按「記帳」, 轉貨將會確定及記錄, 不能再修改
