To Update Sales Quote after Released
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Open the sales quote, select Functions, Archive Document action
|
| 2 | Select Reopen action, then made change to the Sales Quote
|
| 3 | Enter the version no. (for example for enter R1 for 1st revision to customer) Please note, the screen capture below just for example, the field position to be according to user patronization for their own setting
|
| 4 | Update to the sales quote |
| 5 | Release the quote if the updated version ready to send to customer |
