A) Quotation Printout can be print on either Sales Quotation List or Sales Quotation Page

1) Print on Sales Quotation List

    Select Quotation from the list then click the action button Print/Send, Print

2) Print on Sales Quotation

    Open the Quotation then click the action button Print/Send, Print

B) Print Option

1) Archive Document 

if selected, system auto archive the document after user choose the action for Send To and Print

2) Subtotal Standard Text Code 

system default value, please don't change!

3) Image Standard Text Code

system default value, please don't change!

4) Language 

  • Default EN for print the sales quotation printout in English Version.
  • Change language to CN if you want to print the sales quotation printout in Chinese Version.

5) Show Logo

  • Select the option if you want to print the company logo on the Sales Quotation

6) Send to..

  • Option for send to PDF or MS Word format can be select
  • System will archive the sales quotation if Archive Document is selected

7) Print

  • Print the document to selected printer
  • System will archive the sales quotation if Archive Document is selected

8) Preview

  • Preview the document on screen.
  • User can print the document on the preview window
  • System will not archive the sales quotation when preview is selected.
