i. Create Dimension Value

Create Project Dimension Value for the new project.

Step 1 - Go to Page Dimensions

Step 2 - Select Project Dimension, then select Action Dimension, Dimension Values

Step 3 - Enter Project Code and Project Name

Update Project Code to related job card

Step 1 - Go to Jobs then select the job card.

Step 2 - Select Job, Dimensions-Single Action

Step 3 - Select Dimension Code = Project

Step 4 - Select Dimension Value Code, Value Posting select “Same Code”

Update Project Code to Quotation

Step 1 - Go to Sales Quotes then select the Quotation.

Step 2 - Select Quote, Dimensions Action

Step 3 - Select Dimension Code = Project

Step 4 - Select Dimension Value Code
