If the item mapping is updated after sales order is created.  Users need to manually update the sales order before post shipment.


Step-by-step guide

1)  Item mapping for WATSONSHET-02 is changed after the order import.  Click Reopen for update the sales order line.


2) Add new line in below of the incorrect line.  To do this, user need to select the line in below of the incorrect line then select New Line


3) Enter the item no. into the new line

4) after enter item no.  system will prompt the message if the shipment date is before today.  Click OK to confirm


5) Copy the Ecommerce order information from the incorrect line to the new line.

NOTE: if use Window OS, user can use keyboard function key F8 to copy the data from the row above into current row.


6) Double check the ecommerce order information is same with the original line (i.e the incorrect line) the important field including

Ecommerce Order Id, Shipment Tracking No., Ecommerce Product SKU, Qty, Unit of Measure, Unit Price, Discount, Sub-Order ID etc.

If the data is correct, then delete the incorrect line.  Select the row than click the assistant button and then select Delete Line.

Confirm message to be prompted.  Click Yes to confirm.


7) Release the sales order for shipment process
