Step-by-Step guide for copy customer from existing customer |
(1) Create new customer and enter the customer no. (2) Click the Copy Customer button (3) Enter or select the Copy From Customer No. (4) Select Copy Dimension if you want to copy Dimension from to the new record ***NOTE: District and Nature of Customer Business is dimension. Select Copy Dimensions if you want to copy District and Nature of Customer Business to the new record (5) Click OK for copy data. Customer header information to be copy from the selected customer.

This function allow user copy selected ship-to address to another customer record

Option 1 - use the copy function in customer card, ship to address details (1) Open the customer card then click Ship To Address button for open the card (2) Select the Ship-to address then click the action button Copy to Another Customer (3) Enter or select Copy to Customer No. (4) Click OK for copy data (5) Ship-to address to be copy to the target customer card

Option 2 - use the copy function in Ship-to Address List (1) Open existing Ship To Address Card and select the Ship-to address (2) Click the action button Copy to another customer (3) Enter or select Copy to Customer No. (4) Click OK for copy data (5) Ship-to address to be copy to the target customer card

Please note, the copy function will not overwrite the existing Ship-To Address it has same Ship To code. Error message to be prompted if the same Ship-To code is exist in the Copy To Customer Card
