The field "Oustanding Qty (Order)" in Blanket Sales Order Line is used to check the oustanding quantity for Blanket Sales Order (Qty that not created for Sales Order).
This field is the difference between Quantity & Quantity Shipped (= Total Qty on Orders made).
- This field will be used to determine how many left can be used to make order.
- This field will increase if the sales order is cancelled, will decrease if new order has been made
When the Sales Order Line Qty > Qty of Blanket Sales Order Line, this field will be shown as negative.
*However, the Sales Order cannot be posted since system not allowed created Sales Order Line Qty > Qty of Blanket Sales Order Line.
Please be noted that:
*This line will only monitor the Line created in Sales Order, according to the Blanket Sales Order Line.
If user additionally create a line in Sales Order which does not include in Blanket Sales Order Line, this fields' value will not be changed.
