In Sales Quote & Sales Order, users can use the "Check" button to do the checking of Items.
Follow below Steps:

2, Create a Sales Quote / Sales Order. E.g. Sales Quote, select the item in Sales Quote Line. Click button "Checking" in Header |

3, System will have message prompt to users if Regulation / Licenses / Special Shipping Charge (at least one of them) has been entered in Item Card. |

*If users do not click the button, the message will also be prompt when users release the document or send approval request to another user. (Click “Send Approval Request” or “Release” button in Sales Quote or Sales Order) |

Follow fields in Item Card will be checked in Sales Quote / Sales Order:

The “Checking” function to be check and prompt the message to user as below:
Item 001: Special Shipping Charge, Licenses
Item 002: Check Cost/Price
Item 003: Regulation 137, Danger Goods
