Problem

When using Scale Item in POS, it shows "Sales Unit of Measure must be for Item xxxxxxx"

Solution

You should set "Weight Unit Of Measure" to include what UOM the electronic weight (or key in) indicate

  1. Search "Unit of Measure" function
  2. Pick one of the Unit of Measure code as "Weight Unit Of Measure"
