Package - Filter
Filter function can be uses for exporting the required record only. Follow the steps below for filter the record which is intended to export from Business Central.
(1) Select Table => Filters in action bar
(2) Click on the assistant button for select the filter criteria field
(3) Select the field from Fields Lookup table then click OK
(4) fill up the criteria that you want to export from business central.
In case example below, when user select export to excel, only 1 record for item ALCOHOLSWAVS100S to be exported to excel
