When user report the data is missing sync to portal or any HW change it will affected to connection between portal and NAV

1) go to "service" to check if "datasync-fetcher" is running...

    - check if the datasync-fetcher is stopped

2) go to Windows Explorer and search "datasync-fetcher" folder

    - review the log file to see when is the last run time for the data sync.

3) Check Tasks Scheduler

    - check the task scheduler for re-start the datasync-fetcher is run as expected.  The task scheduler may not run due to permission issue for the user it assigned to run the schedule.

Due to the configuration is separate between NAVUAT <=> Portal Test and NAVLIVE <=>Portal Live.   Therefore, if everything is OK in UAT, it may still have problem in produciton.

To confirm the datasync is ok, this is better to check the points above and asks user to notify us if any new transaction is created in production for ensure it works.
