Problem

The Print queue stopped with error message.

Solution

Check the Job - Report 50111 is it running in Job queue entries.

If status show error, check the error message.

If no error and follow the steps to restart the job.

  1. Press the "Set On Hold" button to stop the job.
  2. Press the  "Set Status to Ready" button to enable the job.
  3. Or press the "Restart" button to restart the job.
  4. Open the "Print Queue" Table to verify the print queue resume or not. (NAV Development needs)
    - Completed and Printed Time (it will update the time and mark it completed if the document was print)
