Approval Steps define the status within the workflow, and the represented action taken.
*The action defined to be used to decide whether the set of buttons (Request Approval / Recall / Reject / Return...) is shown to the requester.
Fill below information:
1, Workflow Id - The workflow ID to match the ID set in Approval Workflows
2, From Status - Select the Status according to the workflow step.
For example, the current Status is "New"
3, Action - Select what is the action button it valid for the current status (From Status) to the status (To Status).
For example, when the current Status is New, user can select the action for "Request Approval"
4. To Status - Next status it will be determinate by system after the Action.
For example, when the Form Status is New, then the Requester click the action button Request Approval, the status to be change to Under Review 1 by system
5, Shown by Requester: To decide if the button is shown to the requester
E.g. If the requester create a new PR, he / she needs to have the button "Request Approval". Therefore, this button is checked for this purpose.
