If we import a file that was previously processed by mistake, we would need to manually delete the created documents.

Sales Invoice



Click on "No. of Lines Imported"


Add Filter

Filter the records with the following:

  • Import Filename
  • Created Document No.
  • Sales Document Type




Find in Sales Invoice

Go to the Sales Invoice List









Search for the Sales Invoice according to the "Created Document No." on Payment Import.

If Sales Invoice can be found, delete that document.

Sales Credit Memo



Click on "No. of Lines Imported"

Add Filter

Filter the records with the following:

  • Import Filename
  • Created Document No.
  • Sales Document Type

Find in Sales Credit Memo

Go to the Sales Credit Memo List









Search for the Sales Credit Memo according to the "Created Document No." on Payment Import.

If Sales Credit Memo can be found, delete that document.


Cash Receipts



Add Filter

Filter the records with the following:

  • Import Filtename
  • Created Document No.
  • Gen. Journal Document Type

Find in General Ledger Entries

Go to General Ledger Entries







Search for the Document No. according to the "Created Document No." on Payment Import.









Locate the correct Transaction to be reversed.

Use the Reverse Transaction function to reverse the posted General Ledger Entry.



Reversed transactions will have the "Reversed" flag on the record.
