1. Setup in Business Central




      a) Go to "Set Up Email"










     


      b) Select "Current User"









     





      c) Signin the email account








   






      e) When "Permissions requested" pops up,  click "Accept" permissions.














     f) A screen will say something is wrong. This is due to the url being "localhost". It is normal.














      g) Copy the whole url to a new browser. Replace with the Business Central Machine's ip. For CNAU, it should be 192.168.0.6








     h) Once the waiting for response window has disappeared. The email should be added.










      i) Final Checking: Go to "Email Accounts" via search.









      j) The user's email should be mapped to "Current User"
