1) Cert already active on xxxx-xx-xx

Solution: The card can no longer be activated. Please use another card or use the card for payment or top-up instead

2) ERR bal=HK$xx

Solution: The card didn't hold enough balance to complete the payment. Please lower the amount and try again, or use another card.

3) Invalid amt < min

Solution: The top-up amount is too low and cannot be accepted. Try to increase the amount to top-up

4) Invalid amt > max

Solution: The top-up amount is too high and cannot be accepted. Try to reduce the amount to top-up

5) Cert not exist

Solution: The gift card number is invalid. Try another gift card.

6) Invalid user ID/pswd

Solution: The Givex setting is incorrect, please contact IT Team

7) Transaction failed, timeout

Solution: Cannot connect to Givex backend, please contact IT Team
