For Lush, if the statement declared amount and transaction amount are correct for every tender used, the statement (only the pervious day) will be created and posted automatically.
If the amount is not correct, the statement will be created but not posted.
Follow below guide to manual create statement / post the unposted statement (amount has difference)
Manaul Create Statement:
1) Search "Open statement"
2) Click "+New" to create
3) Enter the transaction starting date & ending date (default today)
And then click calculate statement.
*Manual create can calculate up to "today". However, if generated by job queue, it will only generate the previous day.
Post Statement:
For amount does not match, the statement needs to be post manually.
Enter the correct amount (if any) in line, and click "Post Statement".
The posted statement can be found in "Posted Statement List". With posted date / time, Store No., amount & Transaction date.
