Resolve the OPOS Support Drawer not working in POS Terminal

  1. Go to Shop BC Check the Retail User is related to which terminal

  1. Click the POS Terminal  Click the yellow highlighted area  Show the POS Terminal Card









  1. Hardware Profile  click the profile name  Click the "2" position open POS Hardware Profile Card



  1. Enable "Edit" Mode on POS Hardware Profile Card





  1. Click Sync Hardware Profile  Check if the drawer exist


  1. Click "Test Hardware Connection"  If the message is successful is ok otherwise need further investigate


  1. Close the POS App Shell  Reopen again
