Sales price or discount can be setup for the specific customer or customer price group for an item. 


1. Steps if you want to create Sales Price for a customer 

Steps 

1 - Go to the item card

2 - In Prices & Sales tab, click Create New... in Sales Prices & Discount field.


3 - Option dialog prompted, select Create New Special Price... then click OK


4a) - To Create Sales Price for specific customer or customer price group

(1) Sales Type - default Customer, user can select customer price group or all customer.

(2) Sales Code - if Sales Type is Customer, then select the customer no, 

(3) Unit of measure default base unit.  If the customer buys the product use another unit of measure, user need to select the unit of measure.

(4) Unit Price - enter the sales price it specific for the customer

(5) Starting Date - enter the starting date if the price only effective on specific date

(NOTE: Blank the field for Starting Date and Ending Date if the special price is always valid)

(6) Click OK to close the page after finished


2. Steps if you want to create Line Discount for a customer

Steps 

1 - Go to the item card

2 - In Prices & Sales tab, click Create New... in Sales Prices & Discount field.

3 - Option dialog prompted, select Create New Special Discount... then click OK

4 - To Create Discounts for specific customer or customer discount group

(1) Sales Type - default Customer, user can select customer price group or all customers.

(2) Sales Code - if Sales Type is Customer, then select the customer no, 

(3) Unit of measure default base unit.  If the customer buys the product use another unit of measure, user need to select the unit of measure.

(4) Line Discount - enter the Line Discount % for the customer

(5) Starting Date - enter the starting date if the price only effective on specific date

(NOTE: Blank the field for Starting Date and Ending Date if the special price is always valid)

(6) Click OK to close the page after finished
