Step 步驟 1 - Click [Customers] in navigation bar.

Step 步驟 4 - Create Dimension Value for the new customer and assign to the customer card

Go to Dimensions

(1) Click search icon in system menu

(2) Enter 'Dimensions' into the search box

(3) Click Dimension

(2) Select action button Dimension => (3) Dimension Values

(1) Click New to add new dimension value

(2) Enter Code.  Dimension Value Code to be same as Customer No.

(3) Enter Name. Dimension Value Name to be same as Customer Name.

*NOTE: if the customer has Cust Group. Repeat step 4 for add dimension value for Cust Group

Assign Dimension to the customer card

(1) Go to Customer List, then search customer by either customer code or name

(2) Select the customer

(3) Select action menu Customer => Dimensions-Single

(4) Select Dimension Code => CUST

(5) Select Dimension Value => Select the dimension value for the customer

(6) Value Posting => Select Same Code

2. Frequently Used Actions in Customer Card

User can select appropriated action button in Customer Card or Customer List for configurations on the customer,

preview the aggregated information about the customer, and actions that can be done directly from the customer card.

為新客戶創建維度值並分配給客戶卡片

前往維度

(1)在系統菜單中點擊搜索圖標

(2)在搜索框中輸入"Dimension"

(3)點擊"Dimension"

(1)點擊"新增"以添加新的維度值

(2)輸入代碼。維度值代碼應與客戶編號相同。

(3)輸入名稱。維度值名稱應與客戶名稱相同

*注意:如果客戶有客戶組。為客戶組添加維度值,請重複第 4 步。

將維度分配給客戶卡片

(1)進入客戶列表,然後通過客戶編號或名稱搜索客戶

(2)選擇客戶

(3)選擇操作菜單"客戶" => "Dimensions-Single"

(4)選擇維度代碼 => "CUST"

(5)選擇維度值 => 選擇客戶的維度值

(6)值發佈 => 選擇相同代碼

·2. 客戶卡片中常用的操作

用戶可以在客戶卡片或客戶列表中選擇適當的操作按鈕進行客戶配置,預覽客戶的匯總信息,以及直接從客戶卡片執行的操作。

從客戶卡片創建新文檔

選擇"新建文檔",然後選擇要為客戶創建的文檔類型。

選擇"相關",選擇"文件",然後選擇要預覽的客戶文件信息。

點擊"更多選項",然後顯示動作、相關和報表的導航菜單。

Create new document from customer card

Select New Document then choose what document you want to create for the customer.

Select Navigate the choose what information you want to preview for the customer.

Advance Options

Click More Option, then the navigation menu for Actions, Related and Reports to be shows.

Action button are divided to Actions, Related and Report.  Select the navigation to find the appropriate action button if needs.
