Sales price or discount can be setup for the specific customer or customer price group for an item.
Setup discounts can be use for handle the consignment rate for the customer. (e.g. HKTVMALL)

Steps if you want to create Sales Price for a customer
Steps Steps for create sales price or discount in item card
1 - Go to the item card
2 - In Prices & Sales tab, click Create New... in Sales Prices & Discount field.

3 - Option dialog prompted, select the choice Create New Special Price... then click OK
4a) - To Create Sales Price for specific customer or customer price group
(1) Sales Type - default Customer, user can select customer price group or all customer.
(2) Sales Code - if sales price for specific customer, select Sales Type is Customer, then select the customer no,
(3) Unit of measure default base unit. If the customer buys the product use another unit of measure, user need to select the unit of measure.
(4) Unit Price - enter the sales price it specific for the customer
(45) Starting Date - enter the starting date if the price only effective on specific date.
(NOTE: Blank the field for Starting Date and Ending Date if the special price is always valid)
(56) Click OK to close the page after finished
4b) - To Create Discounts for specific customer or customer group
(1) Line Discount - enter the Line Discount %

2. Sales Price Worksheet
Use sales price worksheet to apply changes to the unit price for an item for a customer, customer group or all customer
Steps for edit sales price or discount in item card
1 - Go to the Sales Price Worksheet
2a) To update the item prices
(1) Choose the Suggest Item Price on Worksheet
(2) fill in the fields with the original item prices you want to update.
Options
Sales Type / Sales Code - fill with the type and name if type is customer the the new price to be change for.
Adjustment Factor - fill in the percentage if you wanted to increase the item prices by some percentage (e.g.) input 1.10 if increase 10% in item price.
Create New Price toggle - turn on the toggle if you want the batch job to create new prices.
Filter Item
Filter the item which is need to update the price by the batch job
For the example below, the price update only for the Gen. Prod. Posting Group is Product and has Assembly BOM
Choose OK to fill in the lines on the Sales Price Worksheet page with the suggested new prices.
(2) Suggestions to be created, review the suggested new unit price it calculated by system according to the options filled in step (1)
(3) Once the new price is reviewed and confirmed. Click Actions => Functions => Implement Price Change for update the prices in the system.
2. Steps if you want to create Line Discount for a customer
