Add Ecommerce
Click on the search button then enter Ecommerce Item List and then click the link to open the page
Click new to add the Ecommerce Item
Once the platform product id is added for the platform, user can use either Item No. or Platform Product ID to create sales order.
the relationship between Item.No and Product.ID.
Rule of System:
By detecting the existing Item.No in the imported file for generating the sales order, the system will use the Item.No to generate the sales order.
If the system cannot detect related Item.No in the item registrated, the system will use the Product.ID to generate the sales order.
Add Ecommerce
1, Search 'Ecommerce Item List' in the BC
2, Click 'New" to add the Ecommerce Item
3, Fill the below columns information:

| Platform Code | Select the platform code |
| the user has registered in Step1: Ecommerce Integration Setup (Platform Code Setup) | |
| Item No | Select the item no. it needs to map the platform product id |
| Platform Product ID | Enter the platform product id |
| Description | System automatically shows the item description according to the item no. |
Once the platform product id is added for the platform, user can use either Item No. or Platform Product ID to create sales order. (System will screen Item.No first and then Product.ID)
