Before setting up the Ecommerce Platform details, users need to perform the below fundamental setup:

Setup a customer which will be linked to the Ecommerce Platform. (E.g For HKTVM, the sales orders will be generated to the customers 'HKTV')

Setup items for selling


1, Search "Ecom Integration Setup List" in Business Central

2, Click "New" to set a new E-commerce Platform

3, Fill below information:

(1) Name the platform code

(2) Default "No.Series"

(3) Select the relevant customer for the Sales Order

(4) Sales Order No. Series for the sales orders
