To update the KDS ingradient display via Excel, use the following steps to Export/Import Excel table and do adjustment

Step-by-step guide

Please use backend to complete this operation

  1. Go to "KDS Ingradient" function
  2. Press the "Export to Excel" function


  3. Fill in the "Inital Sugar level" (Column H) and "Ingradients" (Column I) in the Excel, and save it (Don't change other column)
  4. Press "Import Excel" and select the completed ingradient Excel file, 
  5. To adjust the ratio on Sweetness level, change the value in Sweetness table for"Ratio with Topping" or "Ratio without Topping"

  6. To adjust the addtional sugar with different temperature, change the value "Condition" and "Ratio" in the table on the right, you can also add row if you need to define more condition


    The "Condition" indication based on NAV standard filter definition,

  7. The ratio will be display in KDS
