Or serial number, if you don’t fill in, the system will automatically generate serial number
Basic unit: The most basic quantity unit of the product, such as pieces, pairs, cups, bottles, etc. The default unit is PCS (pieces), but it can also be customized to other units, such as "Boxes"
Category: Classify the goods, such as "mobile phone", "medicine", "cup"
Description: The name and brief description of the product
Goods tracking: m-In provides advanced cargo recording functions, including:
a) Batch number: Some products have batches, such as food, medicines, and such products may expire
b) Serial number: Each product has a specific serial number, such as electronic products, famous watches, etc., to facilitate identification of individual products
c) No: Do not do any tracking of goods, the goods are only counted by quantity
Please note that this setting cannot be changed midway, because it will affect the entire warehouse record. If the batch number or serial number is selected, relevant information must be provided every time the product enters, exits, and transfers.
Mandatory expiration date: (only used when tracking batches of goods) If the goods are products with a shelf life, for example: "food", "drinks", "medicine", "cosmetics", care products
Expiry date calculation: preset expiry date, easy for users to input, such as the general product shelf life of 2 years, you can enter 2Y, the available unit is D=day, M=month, Y=year
Status: Whether the item are available or not, if they are not available, the goods cannot be moved in or out Item unit The default unit of the Item is 1 PCS = 1 piece, and different units of the product can be added to facilitate counting, such as:
Box = 25 pieces
