Step-by-Step guide for set up the T&C footnote


1- Go to Terms and Conditions List by enter "Terms and Conditions List" in Search box then select the related link or select from the menu

    Departments => Financial Management => Administration

 


2- Add Terms and Conditions

    (1)  Click the action button "New"

    (2)  Enter the Terms Code

    (3)  Enter the Tems and Condition for the terms code

    (4)  Click OK button to complete the setup


3- Choose Terms Code for map the Term and Condition to the related documents for the department.

     For example:  The terms code WOOD SO selected for the sales order it printed from the sales order with department code HARDWOOD. 


4- Choose the "Template" it included Terms and Condition 

    4.1 Enter "Report Layout Selection" into the search box then select the related link

   

    4.2 Enter the report ID 50000.. into the filter box and then select the Report you need to change the "Template" 

          For Example, Report ID 50000 for Sales Confirmation

4.3 Choose the "Template" in Custom Report Layous page then click OK to confirm.

      For example, choose the template Sales-Confirmation With T&C for the Report 50000

     



Deployment Note (for Bizspoke)

Date 2024/11/08 - deploy to UAT -

1) BC Internal word layout source file vm60\C\Report Layout\CNA-333-deploy to UAT-20241108

2) In UAT Company, go to Custom Report Layouts and then import the new word layout

3) In UAT Company, go to Report Layout Selection, select the Custom Layout for the document.
