Operating Procedures

1, Prepare the Order

1) Create "Sales Order", when the item is ready for sale.

2) Click "New"

2, Enter the following information:

(1) Customer No. / Name

(2) Item No.

(3) Location Code

(4) Bin Code (if any)

(5) Quantity & Price

(6) Planned Delivery Date (if any)




3, Keep adding Items. Once finish, click "Release". Warehouse colleagues are ready to work with the stock shipment. 

*Only released order can be found in the handheld.

4, Confirmation of Stock Out:

(1) Click mInventory in the handheld scanner, and "Sales Order' on the left

(2) Choose the SO No. that has been released in BC
Or
To use the handheld scanner to scan that item barcode / SO document number

(3) User can select "Bin" / "Qty" after scanning / choosing the Item.

If Bin is entered in PO line already, user can click "Bin" to re-assign (the Bin list will show up, user can scan or pick) / click "Qty" to scan / enter the quantity directly

(4) Click the document for shipment, click the item & enter the received amount. 

The  button can change the item unit of measure (if any).

 is used for adding shipment amount based on the orginal entered. Enter the amount and press "+".

If done, click 

(5) Click "Save" and the shipping process will be finished



5, "Quantiy Shipped" in Sales Order Line will change according to the amount shipped in handheld.

"Posted Sales Shipment" is automatically created.


**If "Auto-Post" is switched off in page "mInventory Template", the value will be bought to "Qty. to Ship", and will not be posted.

This is a flexible control for users whether to post by handheld or to record the Qty ready to be posted.
