Case 1 - Item Reclass for transfer the P2 item from INB to MAIN with new BPR No. (i.e. reclass Location and Lot no)
Reclass Location and Lot No
P2 Barcode should be link with the Location, BIN and Lot No. If the Location is not "INB" location, the Lot No, is not allowed to change.
To identify the Location is "INB" location, please set up in Location Table.
Refer to the sample below, the Lot No, only allow change in P2 Reclass Journal if the item reclass is reclass from the location it marked "Inbound" by checked the checkbox.
Step-by-Step Guide
1) Create PO for P2 and need to generate "BPR" (e.g. 2B0304X (P2, S-RE-LABEL))
2) Create WHR for receive the item into INB Location
3) Process the WH Receipt *No P2 Barcode to be generate
4) Go to the Item Card and generate the new BPR
5) Create P2 Reclass Journal for reclass the item from INB to "MAIN" Location (Main location means the goods it stored in the location can be ship to customer)
5.1 - Enter Item No.
5.2 - Select "Location/BIN" = INB / *BIN recorded in step 3
5.3 - Select Lot No. *Lot No. recorded in step 3, the expiration date is not allowed to change
5.4 - Enter the Quantity
5.5 - Enter the New Lot Number
5.6 - Select "New Location" / "New BIN"
5.7 - Click "Post" to post the item reclass or click "Post and Print" to Post the item reclass and print the P2 Barcode Label. (if click Post, please go to P2 Label Print to print the label)
Virtual Location
System will default the virtual location according to the Virtual Location setup.
Case 2 - Item Reclass for transfer the P2 item between non-Inbound location
1 - Enter Item No.
2 - Select "Barcode" (Location, BIN and Lot No is recorded in the "Barcode", so user should be select the Barcode for reclass
3 - Enter Quantity
4 - Select New Location and New Bin Code
5 - Click "Post" to post the item reclass or click "Post and Print" to Post the item reclass and print the P2 Barcode Label. (if click Post, please go to P2 Label Print to print the label)
*PLEASE NOTE, if the Location Code (reclass. from) is non Inbound Location, New Lot Number is not allowed to change.
