Stage 2 - Potential customer request project schedule - Create Job

Create Job – customer project schedule by request.

Step 1 - Open the Opportunity Card, Select New in Job No. pull down menu

Step 2 - Job Card promoted, fill up following fields:

    • Description e.g. Fitout – Aspen Court
    • Bill to customer no. – please note, customer master must in exist for job card

Step 3 - Select Process, Copy Job Tasks from… action

Step 4 - Select Job template record for copy the job tasks line (i.e. Project Tasks)

Step 5 - Fill up Following fields

    • Project In Charge      *to be show in project schedule Project in Charge
    • Person Responsible   *to be show in project schedule Site Forman

Step 6 - Fill up Job Planning Lines (i.e. Tasks Schedule)

  • Click on Start Date field to open the job planning lines card

  • To easy to fill up job planning line for all tasks, clear the Job Task No. filer (1) , then click Edit List action (2), and then open the page to new window

  • Separate line for start date and end date.
    • If the tasks are planned to complete in 1 day, you need to create 2 line for the tasks.
    • 1st line enters the plan start date and 2nd line enter the plan complete date.

Step 7 - Close the page after completing the schedule.

Step 8 - Print Project Schedule Excel File from Jobs

*Pre-Request – JetReport installed in the computer.

    1. Open the excel file, then click Run
    2. Enter the filter criteria (e.g. Job No, and the project start / end date)
    3. Save the excel file after the report is retrieved.
