Personalize page function allow user to customize the page according to his/her preference.  User can set the field/column sequence or default show or show when click show more on the page.

Personalize Pages according to user account.  For example, if the user use personalize function to customize the page, the page layout only available when login by the user account.

Step-by-step guide

Step Description

Open the page that you want to personalize, then select Personalize on top right corner

Add Field

**Please note, only the fields it available for the page can be add.

  • if you want to add available fields to the page, click +Field, the field list to be show on right hand side, drag the the field to the position if needs

Show/Hide Field

If you want to set the field default showing on the page or just show when click Show more link, select the appropriate option from the menu

  • Move - drag the field and drop to expected position 
  • Hide - hide the field from the page.  Please note, you can add back the field by + field function afterward
  • Show under "Show more" - the field only shows when click Show more...
  • Show when collapsed - the data to be shows on the tab header when then tab is collapsed

  • Show always - the field always shows on the page

Quick Entry

User can set quick entry field if he/she always use keyboard to operate the system.  The Tab sequence throughout the page is according to quick entry

Click Done when done with all your personalization
