As detail Trial Balance under Chart of Account (General Ledger) only shows Local Currencies.
User can run Detail Trial Balance under Bank Accounts for bank details with both Original and Local Currencies.
There are a few options and filters user may apply to the report.
(1) Options:
- New Page per Bank Account
If turn on, each Bank account will start in a new page - Exclude Bank Accounts that have a Balance Only
If turn on, means the report will only show bank accounts that have transaction during the period - Include Reversed Entries
If turn on, the report will show reversed entries.
(2) Bank Account related info filters:
User can make use of filters to filter Bank Accounts and Date Range etc.
(3) Filter totals by, usually for Date filter, which is useful to run yearly reports.
E.g. Date Filter: 2024-01-01..2024-12-31 will have the report showing 2024-01-01's opening balance, 2024's all entries and 2024-12-31's closing balance.
