Problem
The handheld show incorrect login or incorrect username and password
Solution
The login using in handheld is the user name, not the email address. Also, for the first time admin user using the handheld, you may need to reset your password once.
- Login to m-in web first, https://portal.m-in.coud
- Check the username in top right corner
- Use that username and the correct password to login your handheld
- If that's still not success, press the name on the top right corner, select "Profile"
- Enter the new password, and press "SAVE"
- Try the username and new password in your handheld, you should able to login
