物品是庫存項目，例如產品和重新打包的產品，用於在特定電子商務平台上銷售或其他非庫存項目。
每個項目都必須註冊為項目卡片，以保存購買、存儲、銷售、交付和結算所需的信息。
項目卡片可以通過指定庫存、非庫存或服務類型來識別項目，以指定項目是物理庫存單位、工時單位還是不在庫存中追蹤或計費的物理單位等。
1. 創建新的庫存項目
步驟 1 - 在導航欄中點擊"Items"。
注意：如果導航欄中未包含該鏈接，請點擊"搜索"按鈕，然後在搜索框中輸入"Item"，然後選擇該鏈接。
步驟 2 - 使用搜索功能檢查項目是否已經創建
用戶可以在搜索框中輸入項目描述，然後在創建新項目卡片之前檢查該項目是否已存在。
步驟 3 - 點擊"新建"創建新的項目
步驟 4 - 為庫存項目輸入項目信息
Item - 常規信息
常規選項卡中包含項目編號、名稱和基本計量單位等信息。

成本和過帳 (Cost & Posting)
成本和過帳選項卡用於設置項目的成本以及過帳進入會計科目的方式

Item 追蹤（可選）
項目追蹤用於在接收或出貨項目時設置批號詳細信息的規則。
注意：對於具有BOM（Bill of Materials，物料清單）的項目，無需選擇項目追蹤代碼（特定於iGoal業務場景）

Item Reference (e.g. Bar Code)
Item References 可用於存儲項目條形碼。
點選 Item 裏面的 ”相關“ => ”Item“ => ”Item Reference“.
(1) 選擇 Reference Type = Bar Code
(2) 在 ”Reference No“ 下方 .
Add Item Unit of Measure (Optional)
Assign alternative unit of measure for the item if any.
For example, item Chewies for Aligner Trays (1 Bag) base unit is pcs. and it will order in a Box, if 1 box of the item with 20pcs, Item Unit of Measure is need to setup for the item.
(1) Go to item unit of measure page
Select under navigate bar, Related, => Item => Units of measure.
(2) fill up the item unit of measure
The line show in bold text is base unit and it will be generated by system automatically when user enter Base Unit of Measure in Item General tab.
(1) Select another unit for the item (e.g. Box) then
(2) Enter the Qty per unit of measure
*in the case example below is 1 box has 20 pcs
