Sales Order & Purchase Order must be created for handling a Group Shipment
Follow the below steps:
1) Search "Sales Order" / Go the Sales Order List from below location
2) Click "New" to create a new Sales Order
3) Enter the below fields for a new Sales Order (Draft)
