If workflow for documents has been enabled, users who are the approvers, will have to approve the documents.

Usually the documents have exceeded credit limit or greater than a specific amount.

For approval senders, they will request approval by "Send Approval Request"


Follow below steps to approve the documents:

1, For the approvers, apart from receiving email for the approval notification, they can also check the approval entries by different ways:

(1) Look at Approvals part at the home page








Inside the page, approvers can directly approve / reject the entry without clicking into the document.

*This page will only show the entries which is pending for approval.

If they want to read the document, click "Open Record" for details.

(2) Search "Approval Entries"

*This page will include all entries, including "Open" / "Canceled" / "Rejected". Approvers can have a overview for all the approval entry records.


If they would like to read the document, click "Record".

(3) Approve / Reject the document inside the records. (As step 1 & 2, after clicking "Open Record" / "Record")
