Setup a member club

1 - Enter "Member Club List" in search box then select the related link

2 - In the Member Club List Page, click NEW action button

3 - Fill in the Member Club information 

(1) Fill in Code and Description for the Member Club

(2) Select Club Type

    • Loyalty Club - the club is administered in the system and liability belongs to the company..
    • Staff - This is a club to keep track of staff benefits and discounts.
    • External Club - The club that your company has an agreement and administration is external.  The member registration is no need to keep in the system.

(3) Select Card Setup Type

    • Club - same member cards for all Scheme.
    • Scheme - specific card and the number series for each scheme.  

(4) Select "Show Points on Receipt" option

    • No - the points information will not show on receipt.
    • Issued Points - show the points issued for the current transaction only.
    • Point Summary - show the summary of this member's points.

(5) Show FBP Coupons on Receipt 

    • Choose the option for either show the number of FBP Coupons on the receipt or not.

(6) Default Scheme - select the default scheme for allow system auto linked to the member when the new club member is registered 

(7) Select the default Price Group or Default Cust. Discount Group for the Club (if any)

      NOTE: will not be use if no discount is specified on a lower level of the club scheme

(8) Member Schemes - Create Member Schemes for the Club.  Each Club must have one or more schemes. 

(9) Point Calculation - Define the rules for how to earn and redeem as well as the expiry conditions the member points 

(10) Numbering - To define the number series for member cards, member campaigns, point offers and staff accounts etc.
