With the offline mode, users are able to save the quantity (to be posted as shipment) from the existing Sales Line without network.
When network resumes, all saved quantity information for each Sales Order will be synchronized to the BC and shipment will be posted according to the shipping quantity entered in the handheld.
Follow below steps for the offline handheld Sales Order functions.

1, Users need to login mIn and load all the Sales Orders under network connected. (Same as standard guide) |

2, After All Sales Orders have been loaded, users can save the quantity entered in the Sales Orders in the handheld without network. The saved Sales Order entered details will be shown as Red, which indicates that this Sales Order have been modified and saved under offline mode. Users are not able to edit it anymore. Also, users will see "OFFLINE SAVE" wording under offline mode saving. |

3, When network resumes, refresh the handheld Sales Order page by pulling down the screen. Users will have a circle loading image while refreshing the page. After finished, the Red Sales Line will be shown as normal blank color. At this moment, if no error message prompted, the shipment has been synchronized to BC and shipment should have been posted *If error message prompt (e.g. Item tracking line Qty to handle is larger than Sales Line Qty), users are not availabel to adjust in handheld, but they can only adjust in BC. |
