For mIn, some basic setup need to be done before it can start operate

Step-by-step guide

Warehouse Setup

1. In Warehouse Setup, fill the following fields
   
   
   - mIn setting: MySQL server information use for mIn
   
   

   Setting Name	Information need to be filled
   MySQL Server address	IP address
   MySQL database name	MySQL dataname name (schema)
   MySQL login	User ID to connection
   MySQL password	password for related login
   Water Global Dim Filter	The Global Dimension 1 value for "水" product
   Item Reclass Template Name	Item Reclass Template name and Journal Batch Name
   Picture Web Server	Picture Web Server Physical Path in NAV Server and URL
   Invoicing Email	Setup Recipient, subject and content

   Drivers/Movers - setup m-In Tablet / Handheld user

   Please setup "Inbound" (Checker only) in "Driver/Mover" and their password (if needed) in "Drivers/Movers" page (50010), login name will be the "No." field

Printer Selections

In "Printer Selection", define the following the output printer

Printer Setup (Model: Zebra GX430t)

To print the labels (P2 labels, Carton label) in correct layout, here are the setup.

1. Connect the network printer 

• If your printer shared over the local network, click "The printer that I want isn't listed"
  • 
• Click "Select a shared printer by name" > "Browse".
  • 
• Select the computer that shares the printer, then select the printer
  • 
  • 
• Click "Next". You can print a test page (optional)

Troubleshot

If you cannot connect to the network printer with error shown as:

windows cannot connect to printer
error code 0x00000002

Go to "Services", stop "Print Spooler" and start it again. Then you can add the printer.

2. Go to Windows Setting > Devices > Printers. Then select ZDesigner GX430t, click "Manage"

3. Click "Printing preferences". Set the size width = 4 inches, height = 11 inches then click OK.

• Remember to setup the printing size on each Windows user account and the computer which shares the label printer on network.

4. Enable "Render print jobs on client computers".

5. In table "Master Code" (50000) , the following two types is use for Pre-Alert form checking

Inbound Setting

Job Queue

1. In ALL of each company job queue, set the following jobs:
   Codeunit 50006, runs every one minute (This job process handheld request)
   Codeunit 50007, runs every one minute (This job restart 50006 when there is an error and capture the error)
   
   
   
   
   
2. In UICL job queue, setup job queue to run 50005 every day at 1am
   (This job recount priority daily and create job for Zone Y)
   

Outbound Setting

1. Zone Mapping and Picking Priority

   1. Setup All Zones in "LOCATION CARD" and filter, remove all zones which is not in use
      
   2. Setup Picking priority
