Problem
The Print queue stopped with error message.
Solution
Check the Job - Report 50111 is it running in Job queue entries.
If status show error, check the error message.
If no error and follow the steps to restart the job.
- Press the "Set On Hold" button to stop the job.
- Press the "Set Status to Ready" button to enable the job.
- Or press the "Restart" button to restart the job.
- Open the "Print Queue" Table to verify the print queue resume or not. (NAV Development needs)
- Completed and Printed Time (it will update the time and mark it completed if the document was print)
