Resolve the OPOS Support Drawer not working in POS Terminal
- Go to Shop BC Check the Retail User is related to which terminal
- Click the POS Terminal Click the yellow highlighted area Show the POS Terminal Card
- Hardware Profile click the profile name Click the "2" position open POS Hardware Profile Card
- Enable "Edit" Mode on POS Hardware Profile Card
- Click Sync Hardware Profile Check if the drawer exist
- Click "Test Hardware Connection" If the message is successful is ok otherwise need further investigate
- Close the POS App Shell Reopen again
