If the warehouse is large, the warehouse alone may not be enough to indicate the location of the goods. In this case, you need to use "shelf"

The shelf can be a certain grid on the actual shelf, or a certain shelf, or even just an area

For example

若果貨倉較大, 只用貨倉可能不足以指示貨物位置, 此時需要用「貨架」

貨架可以是實際架上的某一格, 或某一個架, 甚至只是一個區域

例如: "A1-01"、, "A1-02"、, "A1-03".......
或者 Or "A架A frame"、, "B架B frame"、, "C架C frame".....
或者Or "入倉區warehouse area"、, "主倉區main warehouse area"、, "包裝區packing area"、, "出貨區shipping area"

1) 銷售
2) 退回給供應商
3) 負調整倉存

轉貨即是調配倉存位置, 可以處理是以下妁情況

1) 將散貨調撥到同一位置
2) 為準備大貨騰出一個空間
3) 將部份壞貨撥到特定位置, 方便之後報銷

盤點是用來定期核對系統倉存數及實際數字

盤點後, 有可能會作出:

• 正調整: 實際貨量比系統貨量多
• 負調整: 實際貨量比系統貨量少

盤點可針對某一個位置, 和/或某一隻產品, 及可以有不同盤點單, 以便分組讓不同同事/時段進行點貨
