成本和過帳選項卡用於設置項目的成本以及過帳進入會計科目的方式

項目參考 - Item Reference (e.g. Bar Code)
Item References 可用於存儲項目條形碼。
點選 Item 裏面的 ”相關“ "相關 " => ”Item“ "Item" => ”Item Reference“"Item Reference".
(1) 選擇 Reference Type = Bar Code
(2) 在 ”Reference No“ 下方 "Reference No" 下方輸入Bar Code號碼 .
Add Item Unit of Measure (Optional)
Assign alternative unit of measure for the item if any.
For example, item Chewies for Aligner Trays (1 Bag) base unit is pcs. and it will order in a Box, if 1 box of the item with 20pcs, Item Unit of Measure is need to setup for the item.
(1) Go to item unit of measure page
Select under navigate bar, Related, => Item => Units of measure.
(2) fill up the item unit of measure
The line show in bold text is base unit and it will be generated by system automatically when user enter Base Unit of Measure in Item General tab.
(1) Select another unit for the item (e.g. Box) then
(2) Enter the Qty per unit of measure
添加項目計量單位 (可選)
如果需要，可爲項目分配替代計量單位
例如，項目"Aligner Trays"的基本單位是"pcs"（個），但是它會按箱子訂購，如果一箱的項目有20個，則需要為項目設置項目計量單位。
（1）進入項目計量單位頁面
按"相關" => "Item" => "Units of Measure"
（2）填寫項目計量單位
粗體字顯示的行是基本單位，當用戶在項目的常規選項卡中輸入基本計量單位時，系統將自動生成它。
（1）選擇Item的另一個單位（例如箱子）
（2）輸入每個計量單位的數量
*在下面的示例中，1箱有20個"pcs"（個）。*in the case example below is 1 box has 20 pcs
