This page introduce how to Create Opportunities, Record the Sales Cycle Process and how to create Job or Quotation from the Opportunity
1. Create Opportunities
Step 1 - Click [Opportunities] in navigation bar. |

Step 2 - Click [New] to create new opportunities. |

Step 3 – Enter Sales Opportunities information. |

2. Record Sales Cycle Process

Activate 1st stage - Select [Activate First Stage] in Action bar for start the sales cycle. Sales Cycle Stages line to be create by system accordingly. |

2 - Update Sales Cycle Process |

I. Update progress – Select [Update] in Action bar…. |

Action Type | Use the Action Type field to move the opportunity through the sales cycle stages: |

l - Next moves the opportunity forward one stage.

l - Skip moves the opportunity forward one or several stages in the sales cycle, which you specify in the Presentation field. You can only skip stages that have been set up to allow skipping.

l - Previous moves the opportunity back one stage.
|
|
l - Jump moves the opportunity back one or several stages in the sales cycle, which you specify in the Presentation field.

l - Update enables you to change information (such as to modify your evaluation of their chances of success and estimated values) without moving to another stage

4. Create project schedule to customer when request
Step 1 - Select the [Drop Down] button in Job No. Field then click [+New] |

Job card to be prompted, fill up the Job information and add Job Tasks Line for the project schedule. Please see section for Jobs for the details of Jobs function. |
5. Close Opportunity
