classification
If there are more kinds of fruits, they can be divided into categories
For example: fruits, drinks, red wine...

Warehouse refers to the physical location of each stored goods. The company can explain its own needs

For example: "General Warehouse", "Branch 01", "Branch 02", "Branch 03"
Or "Kowloon", "Tuen Mun", "Longhua"
Or "Success Building 1st Floor", "Success Building 2nd Floor", "Successful Freezer Warehouse"

If the warehouse is large, the warehouse alone may not be enough to indicate the location of the goods. In this case, you need to use "shelf"

The shelf can be a certain grid on the actual shelf, or a certain shelf, or even just an area

For example: "A1-01", "A1-02", "A1-03"...
Or "A frame", "B frame", "C frame"...
Or "warehouse area", "main warehouse area", "packing area", "shipping area"

Producers and target customers for recording goods

Receipt of warehousing operation means adding the goods to the warehouse

It can be one of the following situations:
1) Purchase
2) Sales returns
3) Positive adjustment of inventory

Need to open a "receipt form" in the system to record relevant records

需要在系統開一張「發貨單」, 記錄相關紀錄

轉貨即是調配倉存位置, 可以處理是以下妁情況

1) 將散貨調撥到同一位置
2) 為準備大貨騰出一個空間
3) 將部份壞貨撥到特定位置, 方便之後報銷

盤點是用來定期核對系統倉存數及實際數字

盤點後, 有可能會作出:

• 正調整: 實際貨量比系統貨量多
• 負調整: 實際貨量比系統貨量少

盤點可針對某一個位置, 和/或某一隻產品, 及可以有不同盤點單, 以便分組讓不同同事/時段進行點貨
