Product
It is the basis of storage data, and the storage represents the basic unit stored in warehouse, its quantity is recorded according to the product.

For example: Fuji apple, novel orange, 1.25 liters of delicious soda, ACompany's lafite 86 year lafite...

The system supports multi-directional feature settingsmultiple attributes for each product. For details, please refer to the "Products" function introductionclassification.

If there are more different kinds of fruitsgoods, they can be divided into categories"category"

Warehouse refers to the physical location of each stored storing goods. The company can explain its define based on their own needs.

For example:
"General Main Warehouse", "Branch 01", "Branch 02", "Branch 03"

Or "Kowloon", "Tuen Mun", "Longhua"

Or "Success Building 1st Floor", "Success Building 2nd Floor", "Successful Freezer Low temperature Warehouse"

If the warehouse is large, the using warehouse alone may not be good enough to indicate the location of the goods. In this case, you need to use "shelfBin"

The shelf Bin can be a certain grid on the actual shelf, or a certain shelf, or even just an area

For example: "A1-01", "A1-02", "A1-03"...
Or "Bin A frame", "Bin B frame", "Bin C frame"...
Or "warehouse Pickup area", "main warehouse Storage area", "Re-packing area", "shipping Dispatch area"

Producers and target customers for recording of goods

Stock in Receipt of warehousing operation means adding the goods to the warehouse

It can be one of the following situations:
1) Purchase
2) Sales returns
3) Positive adjustment of inventory

Need to open a A "receipt formnote" will be recorded in the system to record relevant records.

Shipment Stock out is to take the goods out of the warehouse

It can be one of the following situations:
1) Sales
2) Return to supplier
3) Negative adjustment inventory
4) Reimbursement

Need to open an "invoice" in the system to record the relevant recordsA "Shipment note" will be used to record this operation.

Transfer means re-allocation of stockThe transfer is the allocation of the warehouse location, which can be handled in the following situations

1) Transfer bulk cargo Grouping items to the same location
2) Make a space for preparing bulk spare spaces for new goods
3) Transfer part of the bad goods Move defect items to a specific location for later reimbursement

Inventory Stock take is used to regularly check the system inventory and actual figures

After taking inventory, it is possible to make:

• Positive adjustment: The actual volume is more than the system volume
• Negative adjustment: The actual volume is less than the system volume

Inventory Stock taking can be done for a certain specific (range of) location, and/or a certain specific (range of) product, and there can be different inventory orders, so as to group for different colleagues/times to carry out the inventoryseparated into different stock take batches, so different colleagues can responsibility for counting different group, or done in separate times.
